For organizations like the Arizona Motorcycle Riders Association (AMRA), building strong sponsor relationships is essential to long-term growth. Sponsors don’t just support the races, they keep the community thriving, bringing visibility and resources that benefit riders, fans, and the sport as a whole.
This year, I’ve been focused on two key areas to strengthen AMRA’s sponsorship program:
1. Optimizing Sponsorship Packages & Creating Custom Options
I refined AMRA’s current sponsorship packages to ensure they clearly outline value and visibility for each level of support. At the same time, we can work with potential sponsors to create custom packages if the existing options don’t fit their needs. This flexibility allows sponsors to align their investment with their unique goals, while still ensuring they receive strong visibility and engagement.
This dual approach creates a stronger overall program, structured enough to show clear benefits, but adaptable enough to meet individual sponsor needs.
2. Leveraging a New Website to Generate Leads
Our newly redesigned AMRA website has already started bringing in new sponsor leads. A fresh, dynamic website does more than provide race information, it becomes a central hub that highlights sponsor visibility, attracts interest, and drives engagement. By focusing on user experience and clear calls-to-action, we’re connecting with brands that want to support AMRA’s growing community.
Why This Matters
When optimized sponsorship packages and a modern website work hand in hand, organizations see results:
Clearer communication with potential partners
Increased sponsor confidence and retention
A steady pipeline of new sponsorship opportunities
As AMRA prepares for future racing seasons, this combined approach is setting the foundation for stronger relationships and long-term growth.
