Join the 2026 AMRA Leadership Team. Deadline Oct 29!

The Arizona Motorcycle Riders Association (AMRA) thrives on volunteer leadership, and right now, the call for the 2026 AMRA Board & Officer Positions is in full motion.

This is one of the most time-sensitive campaigns I have worked on. With multiple open positions and an October 29 deadline approaching, my goal is to make sure every AMRA member knows what these roles are, why they matter, and how to apply.

The campaign is still in progress, but I wanted to share how I am using multi-channel marketing to build visibility and encourage action throughout the next two weeks.

Strategy in Motion for the AMRA Board & Officer Positions

nstead of relying on a single announcement, I designed a multi-channel campaign that keeps this message consistently in front of members and the public.

Here’s what has launched so far:

  • A detailed email announcement outlining open AMRA Board & Officer Positions and responsibilities

  • A homepage banner linking to application details

  • An SEO blog post (this one) to make the information searchable and accessible on the AMRA website

  • Coordinated social media posts highlighting key deadlines and leadership opportunities

We only have two more weeks before the deadline closes, and I plan to keep this campaign front and center. I will continue sharing the same posts, visuals, and reminders every few days to keep awareness strong. Consistency is key right now, and I want every potential leader to see the opportunity multiple times.

Writing with Urgency, Clarity, and Purpose

For the AMRA Board & Officer Positions campaign, the messaging is designed to be clear, motivating, and action-oriented. Each piece of content highlights purpose, leadership, and the importance of stepping up to serve.

It has been my goal to bring a branded, polished presentation to AMRA through the website and all of my marketing efforts. A consistent and professional brand presence inspires pride in the community and in the organization itself. When an association looks cohesive, confident, and professional, people naturally want to be a part of it, and they feel proud to step into leadership roles that reflect that same level of excellence and direction.

The goal is to help members understand what these positions involve while inspiring them to contribute their time, energy, and passion to Arizona’s off-road racing community. Every message reinforces the impact that strong leadership has on the growth and success of AMRA.meant to inform, encourage, and show that being part of AMRA leadership is both an honor and a responsibility that strengthens the entire organization.

Why This Campaign Matters to Me

This project represents what I enjoy most about marketing: communicating with purpose and helping people see the value of getting involved. The AMRA Board & Officer Positions campaign is not about metrics or analytics right now. It is about connection, engagement, and motivating action within the community.

Over the next two weeks, I will continue keeping this campaign visible. Every email, post, and web update is an opportunity to reach one more person who might be the perfect fit for a leadership role.

Conclusion

Great marketing is about clarity, consistency, and timing. The AMRA campaign is a real-time example of keeping an important message active and visible until action happens. With only a short window left, it is all about connection and momentum.
