I was inspired to write down some personal attributes or soft skills of myself that you don't see in a resume. I wanted to be able to have these skills available for clients and potential employers to see. Good partnerships work well together when they value what each person brings to the business.
Below are my top five personal attributes or soft skills:
AUTHENTIC - I believe in showing up everyday genuine to who I am and what I value. I value open-mindedness, kindness, respect, being a great listener, and fairness. I am a visionary and innovative person who thrives in a challenging environment as a leader and a collaborative team player. I enjoying being happy and giving my best every day.

DETAIL-ORIENTED - I exercise extreme attention to detail, I am thorough, accurate, organized, and productive. I seek to understand both the cause and effect of a situation. Some qualities are: remembering the little things, proofreading multiple times, strong grammar, asking a lot of questions, picking up on body language and social cues, insanely organized, always prepared, operating with high efficiency and effectiveness, producing polished and quality work, and always curious.
SELF-MOTIVATED - I hold myself a high-performance standard while maintaining a sense of proportion and humor. I am passionate about my work and I well known for going above and beyond. I am always looking for new and innovative ideas to bring to a project.
COLLABORATIVE - I am leader who works by asking input and ideas from team members, assigning teams to get work done, brainstorming and vetting current issues, learn from others, and share information.
PERSUASIVE - I can advance an idea, strategy, or program through influence, communication, and negotiation. I believe in keeping promises, being reliable and taking responsibility, being sincere, genuine, and honest, knowing the subject, believing in it, building rapport, being entertaining, and not arguing and providing solutions that work.
PROFESSIONALISM - Neat appearance, confident, trustworthy, behave morally and ethically, maintain my poise, have proper etiquette, structured and organized and owning up to my mistakes.
